What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the location of your property and the details you choose to give us about your project. If you contact us by phone or email we keep a record of that correspondence.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare designs and quotations, deliver a project you have engaged us for, and keep records required for tax, insurance and warranty purposes. Our lawful bases are your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with the subcontractors and suppliers working on your project, and with our accountant and professional advisers. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months. Project records are retained for the period required by our insurers and by HMRC.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to request a copy in a portable format. Contact us using the details above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
