The Performance Room
Home Gyms
Commercial-grade equipment, specialist flooring and lighting that makes training at home feel better than the club.
The Performance Room
Designed around how you'll use it.
A private gym removes every excuse. No drive, no queue for the rack, no waiting for a bench. We design performance spaces that hold their own against a premium commercial facility — properly specified flooring, honest ventilation, considered lighting and equipment chosen around how you actually train.
£25,000 – £60,000 · premium installations from £60,000

The look
Common questions
A functional single-car garage of roughly 15m² is enough for a serious strength and cardio setup. Ceiling height matters more than floor area — we check overhead clearance for pull-ups, presses and any rig before we design.
We assess the substrate at survey. Ground-floor slabs are usually fine; suspended floors and first-floor rooms may need reinforcement, which we specify and price up front rather than discovering later.
