The Games Room

Games Rooms

Pool, arcade, sim racing and gaming built into a room that still looks like part of the house.

The Games Room

Designed around how you'll use it.

Games rooms go wrong when they become a shed for equipment. We plan the room around clearances and sightlines first — cue swing, screen distance, seating angles — then design an interior that looks deliberate rather than accumulated.

Typical project value

£20,000 – £60,000  ·  premium installations from £60,000

Common questions

A full-size English 7ft table wants roughly 5.2m × 3.9m for a comfortable cue swing. Tight rooms can work with short rests — we mark clearances on the plan so there are no surprises after installation.

Absolutely, and it is usually the best value. A games room with an integrated bar and a projector is one of our most requested combinations.
