Most homes have a room that isn't earning its keep — a garage full of boxes, a basement nobody goes into, an outbuilding used twice a year. The people who live there know exactly what they'd like it to be. What stops them is the process: finding a builder, then an electrician, then a flooring company, then an AV specialist, and trying to hold it all together around a day job.
The Leisure Room Co. exists to remove that. We design the room, build it with trades we know and trust, install the equipment, style the finishing details and hand it over finished. You have one contract, one number to call and one company accountable for the result.
We're based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire and work with homeowners across the UK who care about how a space looks and feels, not just what it costs per square metre.
What we believe

A leisure room is only as good as the thinking behind it. Ceiling heights, sightlines, acoustics, ventilation, cable routes and lighting all get resolved on paper before anyone picks up a tool — which is why our rooms feel considered rather than assembled.
If your ceiling is too low for a golf bay or your budget doesn't match the brief, we'll tell you at the first call rather than three weeks into a design.
Carpenters, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, decorators, flooring, HVAC, AV and smart-home specialists we work with repeatedly and vouch for.
Public liability and contractor's works insurance, written contracts, subcontractor agreements, RAMS and certified electrical work.
Premium materials, considered detailing and a final handover that includes warranties, manuals and maintenance guidance.
